The 2025 SICE Festival with Annual Conference (SICE FES 2025) is organized by the Society of Instrument and Control Engineers in Japan (SICE) in cooperation with the Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology in Thailand (ECTI).
It is the biggest event of SICE and the conference is an international conference covering a broad range of fields from measurement and control to system analysis and design, from theory to application, and from software to hardware, and will provide an opportunity for both academic and industrial engineering practitioners in measurement and control fields to present their work and discuss their ideas.
The technical program of the conference will consist of plenary and invited talks, tutorial courses, and workshops, as well as oral and interactive sessions.

Conference Venue
SICE FES 2025 will be held at the Empress Hotel and Convention Centre, located at the heart of the city of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Chiang Mai is a northern Thai city known for its rich history, Lanna culture, and numerous tourist attractions of great historical and religious significance. In walking distance from the hotel lie the iconic night bazaar market and the old city.
Workshops and Tutorials
Proposals for workshops or tutorials that address technical topics related to control, automation, and systems in general, are welcome. We encourage such programs that will attract industrial members, and programs with highly anticipated levels of interest, impact, creativity, and technical background of presenters. Organized Session Submission
The goal of organized sessions is to provide focused discussions on a new topic or innovative applications of a new approach. Each session consists of 5-6 papers, which will be reviewed via the normal review process. Both regular and position papers can be included in a session. For session proposals, it is recommended to include a brief statement of the session focus, together with the submission of the individual papers. Paper Submission
SICE FES 2025 accepts two types of submissions for review. Regular paper: Full papers (4-6 pages in conference format) must be submitted for review. The accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The normal length for the final manuscript of the regular paper is 6 pages. Papers exceeding 6 pages maybe submitted upon paymentof overlength page charges. A maximum of 2 extra pages over6pagesarepermitted. Position paper: Extended abstracts (2-4 pages in conference format) must be submitted for review. This category is provided for authors who want to present a timely review of research, a case study, and so on. This type of paper will NOT be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Both typesof papersshouldbe writtenin English and will be included in the conference proceedings.
